Overview
Crystal L. Fedeli is a social researcher and policy analyst, speaker, trainer, consultant, and award-winning nonprofit Founder and Executive Director. Her work focuses on financial coercive control, institutional response, and how that response directly impacts a survivor's ability to leave and rebuild.
Crystal works at the intersection of research, policy, practice, and lived experience.
She works directly with women through one-on-one family court navigation and with institutions through speaking, training, and consulting to help them better understand coercive control and strengthen how they respond.
Her background includes state government and legal-adjacent experience, nonprofit leadership, and advanced research training, which together inform her work and bring a unique perspective to the complex ways domestic abuse, family court, and institutional systems intersect.
