Crystal Fedeli is not an attorney, and Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC is not a law firm.

The format, scope, duration, price, participation requirements, and other terms of a particular Service may be described on the Website, booking page, invoice, program materials, participant agreement, or separate written agreement.

Speaking engagements may include:

  • Keynotes;

  • Presentations;

  • Panels;

  • Workshops;

  • Moderated discussions;

  • Educational sessions;

  • Media appearances; and

  • Related events.

Specific terms concerning compensation, deposits, travel, accommodations, postponement, cancellation, recording, publicity, intellectual property, event logistics, audience, accessibility, format, and use of presentation materials may be stated in a separate proposal or speaking agreement.

Unless expressly authorized in writing:

  • Speaking engagements may not be recorded, livestreamed, reproduced, distributed, sold, or republished;

  • Presentation materials are provided only for the agreed event, purpose, and audience;

  • Event organizers may not use Crystal Fedeli’s name, image, voice, biography, trademarks, or likeness beyond promoting the agreed engagement;

  • The booking party may not materially alter the subject, format, audience, location, promotional description, or scope of an engagement without approval;

  • Payment does not transfer ownership of presentation content or intellectual property; and

  • Access links, recordings, handouts, and restricted materials may not be shared outside the authorized audience.

9. Consulting Services

Consulting may include:

  • Strategic guidance;

  • Research-informed analysis;

  • Communications support;

  • Project or program development;

  • Organizational support;

  • Research or policy support;

  • Public-education strategy;

  • Stakeholder engagement support; and

  • Related professional services.

Consulting does not guarantee a particular legal, financial, professional, organizational, fundraising, media, research, policy, or personal result.

Clients remain responsible for:

  • Evaluating all recommendations;

  • Making final decisions;

  • Implementing, modifying, or declining recommendations;

  • Confirming the accuracy and suitability of information;

  • Obtaining legal, financial, tax, medical, or other specialist advice; and

  • Ensuring that their conduct complies with applicable laws, regulations, contracts, funding requirements, ethical standards, and professional obligations.

Unless expressly included in a separate written agreement, consulting does not include:

  • Unlimited communication;

  • Continuing representation;

  • Emergency availability;

  • Legal advocacy;

  • Communication on the client’s behalf;

  • Work outside the stated scope;

  • Implementation of recommendations;

  • Guaranteed deliverables beyond those expressly agreed; or

  • Ongoing support after completion of the engagement.

10. Research Collaborations

Research collaborations may be governed by a separate written agreement addressing matters such as:

  • Research scope;

  • Roles and responsibilities;

  • Authorship;

  • Attribution;

  • Publication;

  • Data ownership;

  • Data access;

  • Confidentiality;

  • Intellectual property;

  • Participant consent;

  • Research ethics;

  • Institutional-review requirements;

  • Funding;

  • Deliverables;

  • Timelines; and

  • Permitted use of findings.

No research collaboration is formed merely because a person submits an inquiry, idea, source, proposal, story, document, dataset, or other material.

Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC may accept, decline, limit, suspend, or terminate a proposed collaboration in its discretion, subject to any binding separate written agreement.

Research findings, policy analysis, professional commentary, and interpretations may involve reasoned professional judgment. Other researchers, institutions, practitioners, policymakers, or stakeholders may reasonably disagree with those findings or interpretations.

Nothing on the Website represents that research has received institutional review board approval unless that approval is expressly stated.

11. Podcast and Media Content

Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC may produce or participate in podcast episodes, videos, interviews, articles, social-media content, presentations, and other media.

Podcast and media content may include:

  • Personal accounts;

  • Guest opinions;

  • Survivor stories;

  • Research commentary;

  • Policy analysis;

  • Discussion of public events or proceedings;

  • Educational information; and

  • Professional or lived-experience perspectives.

Guest statements belong to the guest and do not necessarily reflect the views of Crystal Fedeli or Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not represent that every statement made by a guest or contributor has been independently verified.

Publication or discussion of a personal account does not constitute:

  • A judicial finding;

  • A factual adjudication;

  • A professional diagnosis;

  • A legal conclusion;

  • A finding that another person committed a crime or civil wrong; or

  • An endorsement of every statement or position expressed.

Podcast guests and media contributors may be required to enter into separate consent, recording, participation, editorial, or release agreements.

Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC may edit, postpone, decline, remove, or discontinue media content in its discretion, subject to any separate written agreement and applicable law.

12. Social Media and Third-Party Platforms

Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC may maintain accounts or distribute content through social-media, podcast, audio, video, professional-networking, email, and other third-party platforms.

These platforms are independently operated and have their own:

  • Terms;

  • Privacy policies;

  • Moderation systems;

  • Data practices;

  • Technical requirements; and

  • Community standards.

We do not control and are not responsible for:

  • Platform availability;

  • Third-party data collection;

  • Content removal;

  • Account restrictions;

  • Advertising practices;

  • User comments or messages;

  • Impersonation accounts;

  • Algorithmic distribution;

  • Technical failures; or

  • Conduct by platform users.

A social-media follow, comment, like, direct message, repost, subscription, tag, or other interaction does not create a professional, confidential, advisory, or client relationship.

Do not submit confidential, privileged, highly sensitive, or emergency information through social media.

13. Bookings, Payments, and Scheduling

Bookings, payments, invoices, and scheduling may be administered through the Website, email, calendar tools, payment processors, video-conferencing services, or other disclosed service providers.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate:

  • Contact information;

  • Billing information;

  • Scheduling information;

  • Project, event, or participation details; and

  • Other information reasonably necessary to evaluate, schedule, or provide the Service.

A booking is not final until:

  • All required information has been provided;

  • Any required agreement or acknowledgment has been completed;

  • Required payment has been received; and

  • The booking has been accepted or confirmed by Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC.

Submission of a booking request, inquiry, or payment does not require Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC to accept an engagement when acceptance has not yet been confirmed.

We may decline a booking or proposed engagement when it falls outside our:

  • Scope;

  • Capacity;

  • Availability;

  • Values;

  • Safety requirements;

  • Professional boundaries;

  • Conflicts requirements; or

  • Business needs.

Pricing, payment schedules, deposits, and installment terms may vary by Service and may be stated on the Website, booking page, invoice, proposal, or separate written agreement.

14. Refunds

Except where otherwise expressly stated in writing or required by applicable law, payments for completed Services are nonrefundable.

Payments for scheduled appointments, programs, workshops, or other Services may also be nonrefundable when Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC has:

  • Reserved time;

  • Limited availability to others;

  • Begun preparation;

  • Provided materials;

  • Granted access to restricted content;

  • Incurred expenses; or

  • Otherwise begun performance.

A purchaser is not automatically entitled to a refund because the purchaser:

  • Changes their mind;

  • No longer needs or wants the Service;

  • Fails to attend;

  • Arrives late;

  • Fails to participate;

  • Does not provide requested information;

  • Experiences a scheduling conflict;

  • Disagrees with information, analysis, or recommendations;

  • Chooses not to implement recommendations;

  • Does not achieve a hoped-for result; or

  • Does not fully use the Service purchased.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Refund terms for speaking engagements, consulting projects, research collaborations, sponsorships, organizational programs, or other larger engagements may be established in a separate written agreement.

15. Client Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

A client or participant may notify Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC that they are unable or no longer wish to participate in a scheduled Service.

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable booking page or in a separate written agreement:

  • Cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund or credit;

  • Requests to reschedule should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time;

  • A timely rescheduling request may be approved subject to availability;

  • Rescheduling is not guaranteed;

  • Additional fees may apply when significant preparation, travel, expenses, or administrative work has already occurred;

  • Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be treated as late cancellations;

  • Failure to attend without notice may be treated as a no-show; and

  • Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the amount paid.

When a rescheduling request is approved:

  • Only the date or time changes unless otherwise agreed;

  • Approval does not create a refund or monetary credit;

  • The new date must fall within any period specified by Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC; and

  • Failure to attend the rescheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the Service and payment.

Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC may consider documented emergencies or extraordinary circumstances on an individual basis, but doing so in one instance does not require us to make the same exception in another.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms for speaking engagements, consulting projects, research collaborations, organizational programs, or other substantial engagements may be governed by a separate written agreement.

16. Changes, Postponements, or Cancellations by Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC

We may reschedule, modify, postpone, substitute, suspend, or cancel a Service when reasonably necessary because of:

  • Illness;

  • Emergency;

  • Safety concerns;

  • Platform or technology failure;

  • Weather;

  • Travel disruption;

  • Insufficient information;

  • Nonpayment;

  • Client misconduct;

  • Lack of necessary cooperation;

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control; or

  • Other legitimate business or professional reasons.

When we cancel a paid Service and do not provide the Service, a reasonable substitute, or an agreed rescheduled date, our responsibility will ordinarily be limited to refunding the amount actually paid for the portion of the Service we did not provide.

We are not responsible for consequential or indirect expenses such as:

  • Travel;

  • Lodging;

  • Lost income;

  • Venue costs;

  • Contractor expenses;

  • Lost opportunities; or

  • Other third-party or incidental costs,

unless expressly agreed in writing or required by applicable law.

17. Client and Participant Responsibilities

Clients, purchasers, and participants agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information;

  • Communicate respectfully;

  • Attend scheduled engagements on time;

  • Make payments when due;

  • Review applicable materials and agreements;

  • Protect confidential access links and restricted materials;

  • Obtain necessary organizational or participant approvals;

  • Obtain appropriate licensed professional advice;

  • Use the Website and Services lawfully;

  • Respect the privacy and safety of other participants;

  • Avoid recording without permission;

  • Avoid sharing another participant’s personal information;

  • Avoid misrepresenting our statements, role, qualifications, or work; and

  • Take responsibility for their own decisions and actions.

We may restrict participation, suspend, or terminate a Service when a client or participant engages in:

  • Harassment;

  • Threats;

  • Discrimination;

  • Abusive conduct;

  • Retaliation;

  • Unlawful behavior;

  • Nonpayment;

  • Repeated boundary violations;

  • Deception;

  • Disruption;

  • Unauthorized recording or distribution;

  • Misuse of another person’s information; or

  • Misuse or misrepresentation of our work.

Termination based on client or participant misconduct does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Nothing in these Terms prohibits a person from making a truthful, good-faith report to law enforcement, a court, a regulator, a licensing authority, or another governmental body.

18. Group Programs and Participant Conduct

Participants in group sessions, workshops, facilitated discussions, or educational programs may hear personal, professional, organizational, or sensitive information shared by other participants.

Participants agree not to:

  • Record a group session without express written permission;

  • Share another participant’s identifying information;

  • Publish or distribute another participant’s statements;

  • Harass, intimidate, threaten, or retaliate against another participant;

  • Use information obtained through a group program to facilitate surveillance, abuse, coercive control, or litigation harassment; or

  • Present another participant’s story or ideas as their own.

Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC may establish additional participation rules for a particular program.

Although participants may be asked to respect confidentiality, Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC cannot guarantee that every participant will comply. Participants should use appropriate judgment when deciding what to disclose in a group setting.

19. Separate Agreements

Speaking engagements, consulting projects, research collaborations, sponsorships, media participation, licensing arrangements, organizational programs, individual services, group programs, or other projects may be governed by a separate:

  • Contract;

  • Proposal;

  • Invoice;

  • Statement of work;

  • Participant agreement;

  • Release;

  • Engagement letter; or

  • Other written agreement.

If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate written agreement controls for that specific engagement.

No oral statement modifies a separate written agreement unless the modification is confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC.

20. Confidentiality and Sensitive Information

We will use reasonable care in handling nonpublic information received during a professional engagement.

However, unless a separate written confidentiality agreement states otherwise:

  • Communications are not legally privileged;

  • Absolute confidentiality is not guaranteed;

  • Information may be stored or transmitted using third-party platforms;

  • Information may be accessed by contractors or service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the business or provide the Service;

  • Information may be disclosed when legally required;

  • Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to protect safety, rights, property, or the integrity of the Services; and

  • Information may be retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy, operational needs, contractual requirements, or applicable law.

Do not send unnecessary sensitive information through:

  • Standard email;

  • Social-media messages;

  • Calendar invitations;

  • General Website forms;

  • Unencrypted messaging platforms; or

  • Other channels not specifically designated for sensitive information.

Information learned through a private Service may be used internally in a generalized or aggregated manner for administration, quality improvement, training, risk management, or development of services, provided that the use does not intentionally identify the participant.

Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC will not knowingly use a participant’s identifiable personal experience, private story, quotation, image, recording, case details, or other identifying material in public research, publications, presentations, media, advertising, training materials, or promotional content without separate permission or another lawful basis.

Because unusual factual circumstances may sometimes make a person identifiable even when a name is removed, Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC may seek separate written consent before using de-identified case examples externally.

21. User Submissions

You may submit:

  • Inquiries;

  • Comments;

  • Ideas;

  • Testimonials;

  • Guest proposals;

  • Research proposals;

  • Documents;

  • Photographs;

  • Audio or video;

  • Personal stories; or

  • Other materials

collectively referred to as “Submissions.”

Submitting material does not guarantee:

  • A response;

  • Acceptance;

  • Publication;

  • Collaboration;

  • Compensation;

  • Confidentiality beyond the protections described in the Privacy Policy or a separate written agreement;

  • Return of submitted materials; or

  • A professional relationship.

You represent that:

  • You have the right to submit the material;

  • The Submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge;

  • It does not violate another person’s rights;

  • It does not unlawfully disclose sealed, privileged, confidential, private, or legally protected information;

  • It does not contain malicious code; and

  • It is not submitted for harassment, retaliation, impersonation, surveillance, intimidation, or another unlawful purpose.

Private inquiries, intake information, and materials submitted in connection with a private Service will not be publicly published merely because they were submitted.

Submission of an inquiry, personal story, document, or other private communication does not by itself grant Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC permission to publish or publicly distribute that material.

When you knowingly and intentionally submit material specifically for publication, podcast use, media use, a testimonial, promotion, or other public distribution, you grant Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to edit, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, promote, archive, and otherwise use that material for the authorized purpose, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Where reasonably appropriate, Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC may require a separate written release before publication or public use.

22. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and all original content created or owned by Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC—including text, reports, written frameworks, podcasts, recordings, videos, presentations, workshop materials, graphics, branding, downloads, photographs, compilations, and educational materials—are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

References to research frameworks, methodologies, systems, or approaches do not claim exclusive ownership of abstract ideas, facts, procedures, concepts, or methods that are not legally protectable. However, the original expression, arrangement, written description, graphics, branding, recordings, and presentation of those materials may be protected.

Third-party articles, studies, quotations, logos, photographs, recordings, guest materials, and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.

You may access publicly available materials for personal, lawful, noncommercial use.

Without prior written authorization, you may not:

  • Copy or republish substantial portions of our content;

  • Sell, license, or commercially exploit our content;

  • Distribute paid or restricted materials;

  • Record or redistribute speaking engagements, workshops, programs, or consultations;

  • Create derivative training or commercial products from our proprietary materials;

  • Remove attribution, copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;

  • Present our work as your own;

  • Use our name, likeness, branding, or content to imply endorsement;

  • Upload paid, confidential, or proprietary content to shared databases or artificial-intelligence systems;

  • Use substantial portions of our proprietary content to create or improve a competing commercial service; or

  • Provide access to restricted materials to unauthorized users.

Nothing in these Terms limits lawful fair use or any right that cannot legally be restricted.

Testimonials, reviews, case examples, audience responses, client statements, and descriptions of prior engagements reflect individual experiences.

They are not promises or guarantees that another person or organization will obtain the same result.

We do not guarantee:

  • Revenue;

  • Funding;

  • Media coverage;

  • Publication;

  • Research acceptance;

  • Legal outcomes;

  • Organizational growth;

  • Audience engagement;

  • Professional advancement;

  • Access to programs or benefits;

  • Resolution of a dispute;

  • Personal transformation; or

  • Any other particular result.

Testimonials may be edited for length, grammar, or clarity, but will not knowingly be edited in a manner that materially changes the meaning of the statement.

24. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Website, content, Services, forms, programs, or communications to:

  • Violate any law;

  • Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or impersonate another person;

  • Retaliate against a survivor, guest, client, contributor, participant, employee, contractor, or member of the public;

  • Facilitate coercive control, abuse, surveillance, intimidation, or litigation harassment;

  • Submit knowingly false or misleading information;

  • Gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;

  • Introduce malware or malicious code;

  • Scrape or systematically extract content for commercial use;

  • Circumvent payment, registration, or access controls;

  • Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contractual rights;

  • Misrepresent affiliation with Crystal Fedeli or Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC;

  • Use our work to falsely imply professional approval or endorsement;

  • Disrupt Website or Service operations;

  • Record restricted Services without authorization; or

  • Collect or disclose another participant’s personal information without authorization.

25. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may link to, integrate with, or use third-party services, including:

  • Website-hosting providers;

  • Payment processors;

  • Calendar and scheduling tools;

  • Podcast platforms;

  • Video platforms;

  • Social-media platforms;

  • Email providers;

  • Analytics services;

  • Video-conferencing services; and

  • External information or resources.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party:

  • Terms;

  • Privacy practices;

  • Content;

  • Security;

  • Accuracy;

  • Availability;

  • Pricing;

  • Conduct; or

  • Transactions.

A link, mention, interview, collaboration, resource listing, or social-media interaction does not necessarily constitute endorsement.

Your use of a third-party platform is governed by your agreement with that provider.

26. Website Availability and Modifications

We may modify, remove, suspend, restrict, replace, or discontinue all or part of the Website, content, programs, or Services at any time.

We do not guarantee that the Website or Services will always be:

  • Uninterrupted;

  • Secure;

  • Current;

  • Complete;

  • Accurate;

  • Available in every location;

  • Compatible with every device; or

  • Error-free.

We may correct errors, update descriptions, change pricing, revise program availability, or modify offerings without prior notice, subject to any binding separate written agreement.

27. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE, CONTENT, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

CRYSTAL FEDELI COLLECTIVE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, AND RESULTS.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES WILL MEET EVERY USER’S NEEDS;

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

28. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRYSTAL FEDELI COLLECTIVE LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

  • THE WEBSITE;

  • CONTENT;

  • THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS;

  • PARTICIPANT CONDUCT;

  • YOUR DECISIONS OR ACTIONS.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC arising from a particular paid Service will not exceed the amount actually paid to Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC for that Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

29. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, contributors, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your unlawful use of the Website or Services;

  • Your material violation of these Terms;

  • Your Submission;

  • Your infringement of another person’s rights;

  • Your conduct in a group or program;

  • Your unauthorized recording or distribution of materials; or

  • Your misuse or misrepresentation of our work.

This provision does not require indemnification for conduct for which indemnification is prohibited by law.

30. Relationship to You Made a Way

Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC and You Made a Way are separate legal entities.

A payment to Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC is not a donation to You Made a Way unless it is expressly identified and processed as a donation to You Made a Way.

An interaction with Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC does not automatically create a relationship with You Made a Way.

Services, programs, communications, payment obligations, records, and agreements associated with one entity are not automatically attributable to the other entity.

A collaboration, referral, shared resource, or reference between the entities does not eliminate their separate legal identities.

By submitting a form, making a booking, purchasing a Service, subscribing to communications, or contacting Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC electronically, you consent to receive communications relating to your inquiry, transaction, appointment, participation, or engagement electronically.

  • Legally required notices where electronic delivery is permitted.

You are responsible for maintaining an accurate email address and reviewing communications sent to the address you provide.

Marketing communications may be subject to separate consent and unsubscribe rights as described in the Privacy Policy or the applicable communication.

32. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any nonwaivable rights or legally required venue, legal proceedings relating to these Terms, the Website, or the Services must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in New Jersey.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising a right or using a venue that applicable law does not permit the consumer to waive.

33. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

The “Last Updated” date identifies the latest revision.

Material changes may also be communicated through:

  • The Website;

  • Email;

  • A booking or checkout process;

  • A program notice; or

  • Another reasonable method.

Updated Terms apply prospectively from their stated effective or updated date unless applicable law permits otherwise.

Your continued use of the Website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to a binding separate written agreement will be governed by that agreement and will not be made solely by revising these Website Terms unless the separate agreement expressly provides otherwise.

34. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce that provision or another provision later.

A waiver must be express and applies only to the specific circumstance for which it is given.

35. Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms or a booked Service without prior written permission from Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC.

Crystal Fedeli Collective LLC may assign its rights or obligations in connection with:

  • A merger;

  • Reorganization;

  • Sale of assets;

  • Change in business structure;

  • Use of contractors or service providers; or

  • Another lawful business transaction,

subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.

37. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the CrystalFedeli.com Privacy Policy, any applicable booking or program terms, and any applicable separate written agreement constitute the agreement governing your use of the Website and Services.

These Terms do not replace a separate written agreement when one has been entered into for a particular Service.
