We are on a mission to reimagine alcohol and trauma recovery to be evidence-based, autonomy-centered, and stigma-aware. We support individuals through education, recovery planning, and non-clinical implementation support—helping people build informed, self-directed recovery pathways aligned with their values and real-world needs.

Crystal speaks to professional audiences, organizations, and institutions on how systems operate in practice—and where institutional norms diverge from evidence, autonomy, and lived reality. Her talks examine real-world decision-making failures and explore evidence-aligned, autonomy-preserving approaches to recovery, family court, and social service systems. 

Crystal works with organizations to assess how policies, programs, and decision structures function in real-world conditions. Her consulting focuses on identifying systemic breakdowns and supporting evidence-aligned, autonomy-preserving redesign that better serves both institutional goals and the people those systems are meant to support.
