There are 2 things in life that are absolutely guaranteed to us - first, none of us are getting out of this alive and second, we will absolutely face challenges.
Here's the thing though, it's not the challenges we face that determine our outcomes, but instead what we do with the challenges we face that determine our outcomes and our destiny.
I believe in seeing opportunities in the challenges we face so we can use them to our advantage to go further and higher by reframing what was seemingly meant to harm us as instead opportunities that can be used for our good and the good of others.
This is literally my life's story - as a survivor of early chronic childhood trauma and therefore psychological, physical and sexual abuse and to top it off thanks to my genetics also of alcohol addiction, I get what it means to encounter challenges.
I chose to see opportunities in the challenges I faced and therefore I was able to use them to my advantage to go further and higher by reframing what was seemingly meant to harm me as instead opportunities that could be used for my good and what's really important to me, the good of others.
